An annual fund raising event for the Winslow Therapeutic Center

Millennium Pipeline Company sponsored and participated in this year’s Tour de Goshen, NY.; an annual fund raising event for the Winslow Therapeutic Center.

Winslow Therapeutic Center is a non-profit organization accredited by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International. Therapeutic horseback riding produces smiles, laughter, friendship, and healing.

“We see children and adults every day who improve their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well being by learning to ride in our therapeutic environment,” said the organization’s management. “Our well trained and caring staff and volunteers have made it possible for us to offer a unique and often life-changing horseback riding experience to children and adults in our community since 1974.”

Millennium employees spent the afternoon enjoying the cycling event giving away water bottles and cheering on local riders. “We are thrilled to be sponsoring such a worthy cause in one of our host communities,” said Millennium President, Joseph Shields after he and several other Millennium employees completed their ride.
